1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Webease provides web development and design services, including but not limited to:

Landing Page Development
SaaS App Development
Custom Webapp Development
AI App Development
UI/UX Design Services

3. Intellectual Property

The source code, designs, and other materials created by Webease remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment completion, the agreed-upon deliverables and their intellectual property rights transfer to the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require:

50% upfront payment to commence work
50% upon project completion
Additional charges for requested changes outside the original scope

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback turnaround. We commit to regular updates and transparent communication throughout the development process.
