1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Project cancellation before development begins: 100% refund
• Project cancellation during initial design phase: 70% refund
• Project cancellation during development: Prorated refund based on work completed

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Completed and delivered work
• Third-party services or licenses purchased for the project
• Custom development work that has been approved and implemented

3. Refund Process

2. Provide your project details and reason for refund
3. Allow up to 7 business days for review
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we commit to fair resolution through discussion and mediation. If necessary, we may involve a third-party arbitrator.
